Electrical engineer from UFES, with a focus on Power Systems. Co-founder of GeraMais Engenharia and partner at Renew Energia, leading the company's technical and commercial operations.

Eduardo Nicol

CEO and Managing Director

Eduardo Nicol has 35 years of experience leading complex projects in the information technology, telecommunications, maritime transportation and energy sectors. He holds a degree in Information Technology, complemented by a postgraduate degree in Project Management from George Washington University/ESI. Since 2022, he has held the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and an MBA from FGV-SP.

Since 2010, Eduardo has worked as an executive professor at FGV, teaching Project Management, Strategic Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Innovation in postgraduate Business Administration programs.

With two decades of entrepreneurial experience, he has taken part in building businesses across different sectors and, over the past 11 years, has focused on renewable energy, especially solar power, responsible for areas such as administration, finance, strategic marketing and process management.

Technical and Commercial Director

Philipe Scarton is an electrical engineer graduated from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES), with a focus on Power Systems.

He is a co-founder of GeraMais Engenharia and a partner at Renew Energia, where he leads the company's technical and commercial operations.

He works on developing solutions in solar power, battery energy storage, electric mobility and energy management, and also follows the expansion of the Renew Recharge network.

Geane Pazini is a civil engineer and partner at Renew Energia and GeraMais Engenharia.

She is responsible for Renew Energia's marketing strategy, brand positioning and communication.

She also takes an active role in the development and expansion of the company's business and energy solutions.

Construction Director

Adriel Tomazini de Andrade has solid hands-on experience in the energy sector and is a partner at Renew Energia.

He leads field operations, execution and after-sales, following solar power, electric mobility and energy infrastructure projects.

He is directly involved in installation and execution stages, ensuring safety, technical quality and compliance with the standards set for each project.

He also takes part in the expansion of Renew Recharge, following the rollout and operation of the charging station network.

His work combines hands-on experience, leadership and management, helping projects get delivered according to clients' needs and expectations.
